Sarah has spent the past 11 years designing consumer products, both in-house at Bay Area companies like PayPal, Modcloth, Detour, and Chairish as well as consulting for agencies like IDEO and Deloitte. By helping companies of all sizes feel the intrinsic value of design and design thinking, she made impact by informing design strategy, supporting the design process from concept to build-out, instituting user research practices, and creating high-quality digital experiences. Her expertise in mobile app UX and UI comes from designing and shipping over 20 native apps to the iTunes App Store and Google Play. She applies holistic thinking and strong narrative to all interactive experiences whether digital, physical, or the intersection of the two.
